Our original birthday plate is now available. The YAMAGASHI will be decorated with cake picks and candles, and the plate will be personalized with your name.
Reservation Procedure

Select the option[1~2名様まで/90min]or[1~2名様まで/60min]or
[1~4名様まで/90min]or[1~4名様まで/60min]from the[メニュー]according to the number of people coming to the salon.
Select the date and time you wish to reserve from the calendar.
Confirm the reservation
details in [予約].

Enter your reservation information.
Complete the reservation
by clicking [確認へ進む].
You will receive an e-mail with your reservation details.
Note to customers making reservations
・Seats are available for either 60 or 90 minutes. Please choose the reservation slot that best suits your needs.
・If you are visiting the salon with more than 3 persons, please make a reservation for either [1 to 4 persons/90 min] or [1 to 4 persons/60 min].
・Reservations are accepted from 12:00 o’clock 14 days before your visit and can be made until 7 hours before the day of your visit.
・Please note that the items you wish to order may be sold out at the time of your visit.
・Please note that we do not accept table selection.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted until 12:00 o’clock one days before the reservation date. The cancellation procedure can be done by the customer themself.
① Access the 【予約内容照会画面】 URL in the e-mail sent to you when you made your reservation.
② Enter the【予約番号】and【認証キー】, and proceed to the page.
③Go to the page where you can choose to cancel your reservation and complete the cancellation procedure.
・Please note that reservation changes and cancellations will not be accepted on the day before or on the day of the reservation.
・If you cancel without notice, we will not be able to accept your future reservations or visits to our salon.
Attention to customers coming to the salon
・We will call you 15 minutes before your reservation time ends.
・Please come to the salon on time for your appointment.
・If you do not show up 10 minutes after your reserved time, we will cancel your reservation and arrange for another customer to come.
・Please understand that we cannot extend the reservation time if you are late.
・Please order at least one drink per person
・Payment will be made per table. Please refrain from paying individually.
・If we find any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers, we will ask you to leave.
・Taking photos and videos is allowed, but please be considerate of other customers.
・Pets are not allowed in the store.
・Smoking is not permitted.
・Please refrain from bringing your own food and beverages.
About our products
・We do not put any items on hold or accept pre-orders.
・Please note that the item you wish to purchase may be sold out at the time of your visit.
Payment Methods
・We accept cash, credit cards, transportation system IC, and electronic money.
・Payment by credit card cannot be made in installments.
・Please note that payment cannot be made using both cash and other payment methods.
・Payment will be made by table. Please refrain from paying individually.
